Bill West Roofing Inc. is the oldest continually operating and locally owned roofing company in the Blue Spring / Independence community. We have more than 30 years of experience in the residential and commercial roofing industry. We strive to give you a fair and competitive price with every estimate. However, if some other roofing company gives you a cheaper price, please contact us. We will help you compare the two bids (sometimes they aren't comparable, if the other company is using poor quality materials or not carrying insurance), and we will do our best to meet or beat the other company's estimate. We feel privileged to talk to you about your roofing needs and discuss all bids on your roof.

We will not be able to meet all prices, because we will not substitute shoddy materials or workmanship to beat a company that will disappear after you write the check. Our crews are composed of professional roofers who only work for us. We do not sub-contract. The quality of your roof is too important to leave to unqualified workers or poor quality materials.
